On March 14, AmCham Egypt, Inc. in partnership with the U.S.-Egypt Business Council hosted a virtual Meet & Greet with Keith Kirkham, Regional Minister Counsellor for Commercial Affairs, U.S. Embassy Cairo. This meeting covered a variety of topics including food distribution, healthcare, and energy. Mr. Kirkham stated that “our real mission is ever expanding sales and market share for the United States and for U.S. companies.” Mr. Kirkham added that “we are also focused on trying to introduce American capabilities and solutions around energy, but maybe specifically, green energy.” Hisham Fahmy, CEO of AmCham Egypt, Inc. expressed great interest in working with Mr. Kirkham further, as did all participants on the call.
